Vendors

  Thank you for your interest in participating in the NW Model Hobby Expo. We are looking forward to seeing you at our 2016 event! We had a really good show in 2015 and many provided helpful suggestions to help us improve it! We are working to have an even bigger show this year with some new features added. We anticipate that this will become the biggest event we have ever hosted at the Evergreen Fairgrounds.
We're planning to have 3D Printers, drones, HD cameras, the newest HD displays, RC vehicles of all kinds and the leading edge batteries, chargers, engines, motors, and more!
The Vendor booths are again located in the Events Center.

You can pay online using your credit card via PayPal, or by check. Please fill out the registration form and send it to us via email or US Mail. You may also fax it to us at 877-457-4577. Thank you!!!

Refund policy for Vendor Reservations: No refunds after January 1, 2016. In the event of a natural or national disaster causing a total cancellation of the 2016 Northwest Model Hobby Expo, Swift Services, LLC. will procure an appropriate venue and date and apply the collected funds to the new show date. If it is impossible for a payee to attend the Expo on the Emergency date, Swift Services, LLC. will apply said collected funds towards the Event in the following year.

Refund Policy for General Admission Tickets: If due to a natural or national disaster causing a total cancellation of the 2016 Northwest Model Hobby Expo, General Admission ticket holders will be offered an admission pass for the new date and place by simply exchanging their original pass at the ticket booth for the emergency scheduled show.
